The Bridge is an 8-week virtual accountability program where small pods of 4-5 WBB members support each other through the tech interview process. You'll be grouped by target role, meet weekly on your own terms, and receive personalized coaching insights via Slack every week.
The job search is isolating. The Bridge fixes that. You get a crew of people going through the same thing: practicing together, applying together, and pushing each other to the finish line.
Fill out the application. We group you into a pod of 4-5 people targeting similar roles: frontend, backend, data, design, product, or mobile.
Your pod meets once a week over Google Meet. You choose when, how long, and what you work on: mock interviews, leetcode sessions, application sprints, resume reviews, or interview debriefs.
Log your weekly activity in Notion: problems practiced, applications sent, interviews scheduled, wins, and blockers. Takes 5 minutes.
Every Monday, you'll get a Slack DM with insights based on your data: what's working, where to focus, and a nudge when you need it.
Your pod picks from a menu of session formats each week:
All pods gather for a virtual kickoff. Meet your pod, set your goals, schedule your first meeting.
Assess where you are. Build your study plan. Review resumes. Create your target company list. Establish your pod's rhythm.
Practice DSA, system design, and behavioral questions. Send applications. Do mock interviews. Your weekly coaching DMs keep you focused.
Push hard on applications and interviews. Retrospective with your pod. Celebrate your growth.
The Bridge runs 3 times per year, aligned with peak hiring seasons.

Any WBB community member who is actively job searching or preparing for tech interviews. All experience levels are welcome. Pods are grouped by target role, not seniority.
Nothing. The Bridge is completely free. All tools used in the program (Notion, Slack, Google Meet) are free as well.
One pod meeting per week (45-90 minutes, your pod decides) plus 5 minutes to log your progress in Notion. Everything else is up to you and your schedule.
That's fine. Many people join The Bridge during their prep phase. Weeks 1-2 are specifically designed for skill assessment and planning. Your pod will help you build momentum.
Frontend/Full-Stack Web, Backend/Infrastructure, Mobile Development, Data (Analytics, Engineering, Science), Design (UX/UI, Product Design), and Product/Program Management.
Log your progress at least 6 of 8 weeks, attend at least 6 pod meetings, complete at least 4 mock interviews, and submit at least 10 job applications.
Yes. If you didn't land a role in your first cohort, you're welcome to apply again. Many people find that a second round with fresh pod members gives them the push they need.
